You will be working at an international technology company that develops advanced solutions for industrial process automation, measuring instruments, and monitoring in sectors such as energy, chemicals, water management, and sustainable technologies.
Vacature omschrijving
In this role you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining and continuously improving the organization’s cybersecurity governance structure. You ensure that security policies, risk management and compliance processes align with international regulations and industry standards.
Your responsibilities:
Establishing and maintaining an integrated Security Management System (SMS)
Ensuring compliance with regulations such as NIS2, the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and GDPR
Developing and maintaining security governance frameworks, policies and procedures
Performing gap analyses and maturity assessments
Coordinating internal and external compliance audits
Governing the organization-wide vulnerability management process
Maintaining the incident response governance framework
Managing the cybersecurity risk register and monitoring security posture trends
Providing structured management reporting on cybersecurity risks and compliance status
Collaborating with Product Development, Engineering, Quality and Sales to embed cybersecurity into product lifecycles and system architectures
Monitoring regulatory developments and emerging cybersecurity threats
You arrange
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, IT, Risk Management or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity governance, compliance or risk management roles
- Proven experience with NIS2 and the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA)
- Strong knowledge of ISO 27001 and IEC 62443
- Experience coordinating internal and external compliance audits
- Experience establishing or maintaining vulnerability management and incident response frameworks
- Experience maintaining cybersecurity risk registers and compliance roadmaps
- Nice to have:
- Experience within industrial or OT environments
- Certifications such as CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or IEC 62443
- Experience collaborating with engineering, IT and executive stakeholders
