Vacature omschrijving
Do you thrive on preparing, coordinating, and successfully delivering industrial installation projects? As a Work Planner / Project Engineer, you will be the key link in challenging projects from design through execution. You will ensure thorough preparation of (maintenance) projects, coordinate deliveries, and monitor planning, budget, and quality. Working closely with supervisors, suppliers, and project teams, you guarantee smooth and safe project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and managing work packages, technical specifications, and P&IDs for mechanical & piping projects
Coordinating the delivery of materials and components, with a focus on mechanical parts and piping systems
Supporting project teams as Project Engineer in planning, risk management, and cost control
Maintaining clear communication with execution teams and stakeholders; identifying deviations and taking proactive corrective action
Applying technical expertise in mechanical & piping and contributing to process and quality optimization

- Technical degree (Bachelor level or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Installation Technology, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Hands-on experience with projects in an industrial environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proactive, analytical, and quality-driven mindset
