Vacature omschrijving
In this position, you serve as the link between Sales, Development, and Operations, ensuring that customers successfully adopt and utilize our solutions—from consultancy through to implementation. You'll work within an international team, with the flexibility to work remotely or from one of our European offices.
Your responsibilities include:
- Facilitate smooth collaboration between cross-functional teams.
- Develop smart documentation systems to reduce manual work.
- Translate technical requirements into practical solutions for both teams and clients.
- Support upselling by identifying and proposing additional products or features that add value.
- Analyze the existing customer base to discover new business opportunities.
- Guide and support clients before, during, and after the implementation phase.
What you bring...
- Experience in a technical/commercial role;
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written);
- Familiarity with CRM tools and building long-term customer relationships;
- Affinity for documentation, process optimization, and sales support;
- Solid technical insight (software/systems) (Must-haves);
- Proactive attitude and strong analytical skills (Must-haves);
- Experience in industries such as oil & gas, water, or chemical (Nice-to-haves);
- Familiarity with international projects and cross-cultural collaboration (Nice-to-haves);
